Inserts
Gladstone News Weekly has a dedicated team of walkers who deliver the free publication neatly folded into every letterbox in the Gladstone, Boyne Island and Tannum Sands region.  Inserts big or small can also be delivered neatly into the letterboxes on a weekly basis at an investment of just $80/1000.  You may choose to deliver a couple of thousand in a dedicated area or deliver your inserts to the entire distribution area.  Contact our Sales Team to discuss the insert options available to your business.

Publication Specifications of Artwork
Artwork
We have highly skilled graphic artists on hand to design an advert that is exciting and original.  Our Sales Team are also equipped with the knowledge to assist your business with the creation of effective print ads.  A first proof and final proof (if required) are supplied.  Artwork may also be supplied by email or on CD.

Photos
All supplied photos/images must be high resolution – 300dpi, jpeg is fine.  Supplied adverts must be 300dpi, CMYK, in either pdf or eps format.   If it is supplied in RGB format we can convert to CMYK but it is better that it is set up in CMYK to ensure colours are correct.  We do not accept Microsoft Word, Publisher or Corel Draw formats.

Deadlines
Gladstone News Weekly is sent to print every Monday with a publication date of the following Saturday on the issue.  Therefore, all advertising bookings are required by the Thursday and copy and supplied advertisements are required by the Friday before print day.  Contact our Sales team for a comprehensive deadline calendar for our 2010 editions.

Advertising Payments
Credit card payments accepted.  Payments can be made over the phone or at 11 Drewe Street, Gladstone or post cheques to: Gladstone News Weekly, PO Box 487, Gladstone Q 4680.  Direct deposit payments also accepted, please phone our office for bank account details.  Please use invoice no. &/or advertisers name for eft reference and notify remittance by email to:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Account Terms
Strictly 7 days after end of month (unless otherwise agreed upon).  Payments via direct deposit preferred.  Please advise in writing via email or fax if you wish to cancel any advert bookings.  If notification is received after your deadline, your advertising will still run and you will be invoiced.
